Implementation and configuration: Managing the process of implementing 1C software solutions, configuring systems to satisfy clients' specific requirements, and ensuring their effective performance.
Training and technical support: Providing training and technical support to end-users, ensuring that they are well-acquainted with the functionality of the implemented systems and can efficiently use the 1C solutions.
Optimization and continuous improvement: Identifying opportunities for optimization and enhancement of business processes using 1C solutions, collaborating with clients to implement effective improvements.
Collaboration with the internal team: Working closely with other internal departments to ensure a smooth integration of 1C solutions into the existing client environment.
Demonstrated experience in implementing and configuring 1C software solutions;
Strong knowledge of business processes and ways to improve them using 1C solutions;
Excellent communication skills and client interaction;
Ability to work in a team and effectively interact with various departments;
Experience in providing training and technical support to end-users;
Higher education in the field of information technology, business, or a related discipline.
