VICTORIABANK S.A. announces a job opening for the position of Customer Support Operator.

Responsibility

  • You will analyze and manage customer requirements/requests for Victoriabank over the phone, in accordance with internal procedures and regulations

  • You will assist customers in choosing the services and products that suit them best

  • You will provide customers with your full attention, professionalism, and the desire to help them

Obligations

  • Education: Secondary/Higher Education In Progress/Higher Education

  • Computer Skills: Advanced MS Office

    Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication abilities, logical and fluent discourse

  • Initiative and proactivity, adaptability and a high capacity for quickly assimilating new knowledge

  • Responsibility and customer focus.

Working conditions
