Engineer

• Verify the correspondence of the construction work volume, as well as the project design drawings and construction documents approved, technical drawings, building codes, standards, technical conditions, and labor safety regulations.

• Participate in the review and coordination of changes arising during construction, project alterations to promptly address issues concerning the replacement of materials, products, and structures if necessary (without compromising construction work quality).

• Carry out the acceptance of completed construction works. Participate in committee activities related to the acceptance of projects and their commissioning. Check the expense estimates for construction work, costs, and records of work performed.

• Perform calculations for additional works. Verify subcontractors' estimates and the quality of their work execution. Compile the estimate according to project sketches and tender documents.

• Request price quotes from material suppliers and include them in the bid estimates.

• Analyze prices per activity and ensure they fit within the estimated norms.

• Prepare documents for writing off material losses. Check the estimate and analyze commercial offers, prepare volumes of work for subcontractors.

• Calculate the objects, verify the volumes according to technical drawings.
