Blacksea-EMS specializes in DC fast charging modules and LED lighting, and announces an open position for a Manufacturing Engineer.
Defines the assembly process and develops work instructions;
Optimizes the production process (time, quality, costs);
Analyzes and proposes performance indicators for activities to be adopted as targets;
Maintains and develops production capabilities;
Designs the manufacturing flow and all necessary elements involved in the production process (product/process validation);
Trains operators on the introduction of a new product into manufacturing;
Monitors, records, and analyzes established production indicators (machine speed, efficiency, quality, costs);
Collaborates with related departments for optimal production planning, necessary staffing, and material supply for production activities;
Is involved in addressing internal complaints for each product that does not meet quality indicators;
Contributes to the creation of procedures that ensure the smooth functioning of production activities;
Participates in production meetings and based on the information, determines the organization of production, emergency management, resource allocation;
Engages in the improvement of processes within the integrated management system.
Higher education in a technical, mechanical, or electromechanical specialization;
Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
Foreign language skills: conversational level of English;
At least 1 year of experience in a similar position;
Knowledge of the technological flow and manufacturing processes;
Presentation, communication, and planning skills;
Ability to facilitate problem-solving within teams;
Communication and collaboration skills;
Proactive attitude and results-oriented.
