In this stage of rapid growth, we are looking for a colleague to fully take on the responsibility for
the organization and coordination of live and automated webinars - an important communication channel for attracting new
students and strengthening our brand.
-Planning and coordinating live webinars (technical and logistical);
-Creating and maintaining automated webinars (flow, content, scheduling on platforms);
-Collaborating with the Marketing Team for webinar promotion;
-Collaborating with the Sales Team for integrating webinars into conversion funnels;
-Monitoring the performance of each webinar (attendance rates, conversions, feedback);
-Continual optimization of content and structure of webinars.
-Previous experience in organizing webinars, online events, or live training;
-Basic knowledge of platforms like GetCourse, Bizon35 etc.;
-Excellent organizational and coordination skills;
-Results-oriented thinking and attention to detail;
-Team spirit and good communication skills;
-Basic knowledge in digital marketing.
