In connection with the expansion of our activity, we are looking for an HR Manager to help us build a strong, motivated and involved team!

Responsibility

YOUR MISSION

To create an environment where CLEANTOBE and CLEANING SCHOOL employees feel part of a united team, develop and achieve high results.

🔑 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Corporate culture and involvement:

• Formation and implementation of company values: responsibility, quality, team spirit, development.

• Creating and maintaining the corporate culture code.

• Organizing corporate meetings, teambuildings and internal competitions.

• Developing a Welcome Book for new employees.

2. Recruitment and adaptation of personnel:

• Complete management of the recruitment process (publication of advertisements, interviews, candidate evaluation).

• Development of integration and adaptation programs.

• HR analysis regarding staff turnover and efficiency.

3. Training and development:

• Implementation of individual development plans (IDPs).

• Organizing training, coaching and mentoring system.

• Supporting the professional development of employees within the company.

4. Motivation and retention:

• Creating reward and recognition programs.

• Implementing career paths and transparent bonus systems.

• Organizing periodic surveys on employee engagement and feedback.

5. Control and analysis:

• Developing KPIs and OKRs for departments.

• Performance evaluation (certifications, 360° evaluation, quarterly reviews).

• Preparing HR reports for management.

Obligations

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience (preferably in services, education or retail).

• Knowledge of HR processes: recruitment, adaptation, training, motivation, organizational culture.

• Skills in building systems and implementing HR tools.

• Communicativeness, empathy, systemic thinking, love for people and order.
