Company seeking an experienced Legal Expert in corporate, commercial, and procedural law to strengthen the legal team and support the company's strategic activities.
Providing legal assistance for all the company's activities in the areas of corporate, commercial, and procedural law
Developing and negotiating complex commercial contracts
Representing the company in dealings with state and private authorities in court proceedings
Managing litigation and coordinating defense strategy
Monitoring relevant legislative changes and implementing them within the company
Providing legal advice to top management for making strategic decisions
Minimum 3 years experience in corporate, commercial, and litigation law
Comprehensive knowledge of applicable national and international legislation
Excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills
Proactive, disciplined, detail-oriented, and solution-focused individual
Ability to manage multiple complex projects and tight deadlines simultaneously
Experience in litigation management and court representation
Knowledge of Romanian, Russian, and English languages (advantage)
