Training specialist – dual education

Moldretail Group SRL is hiring a specialist dedicated to training students in dual education programs. If you are passionate about education, have excellent communication skills and want to contribute to the professional development of young people, we invite you to join our team.

• Training and education of apprentices within dual education;

• Monitoring, evaluating and grading student progress;

• Developing practical training plans at the economic agent;

• Participation in training and professional development activities for company employees;

• Collaboration with educational institutions and involvement in the company's educational projects.

• Higher education (preferably in the field of psychopedagogy or similar);

• Excellent communication skills and working with young people;

• Team spirit and ability to collaborate;

• Good knowledge of MS Office;

• Previous experience in a vocational education institution – advantage;

• Organized thinking and results orientation;

• Availability for involvement in extracurricular activities and development projects.
