Assessment of the patient's psychiatric state and development of an individualized care plan.
Monitoring patients and adapting care plans as symptoms change.
Collaborating with other teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Providing counsel to the patient's family and assistance in managing the situation of children.
University and postgraduate studies in medicine;
Completed residency in Psychiatry specialization;
Experience in the field (advantage);
Knowledge of the state language and Russian (knowledge of a foreign language is a plus);
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office);
Ability to manage complex tasks with involvement;
Empathy and a positive attitude towards children and their families;
Responsibility, punctuality, and the ability to work in a team.
