We are looking for a responsible and energetic colleague for the position of Office Receptionist , who will contribute to the proper organization of administrative activities and to the creation of a pleasant atmosphere in the headquarters of the Linella company.
Requirements:
Secondary education;
Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage;
Excellent organizational and communication skills;
Good PC operating skills (MS Office, Excel, Outlook);
Proactive attitude, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
Knowledge of Romanian and Russian.
Responsibilities:
Coordination of the daily administrative activities of the central office;
Correspondence management (receiving, registering, distributing documents);
Keeping records of consumables and office supplies, placing orders with suppliers;
Administrative support for the company's teams and management;
Receiving visitors and redirecting calls or requests to responsible persons;
Monitoring compliance with internal rules regarding the proper functioning of the office.
