A local company specialized in dairy production is hiring a responsible person for the complete coordination of the production department. The role involves overseeing the workflow from raw material to the finished product, in accordance with the technological specifications and quality standards.
Monitoring of daily raw material quantities entered into production
Quality control of products: consistency, color, acidity
Checking the adherence to recipes and proportions in production
Identifying raw material losses or deviations from standards
Compiling daily reports on incoming and outgoing goods
Direct subordination to the General Manager
Experience in a similar role in production (or accounting in production)
Relevant studies and knowledge in the technological or food industry
Knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages
Coordination skills and stress resistance
Driving license category B and own means of transportation (mandatory)
Stable work environment

Competitive salary: 20,000 – 25,000 lei, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 18:00
