Customer Relations Specialist

Consulting with and informing customers about the products and services provided by the company;

Presenting products and services to potential clients;

Identifying new clients and building loyalty among existing ones;

Achieving the preset sales targets;

Preparing sales activity reports;

Managing email correspondence;

Initiating and organizing presentation events in Moldova and Europe;

Participating in company trips.

Knowledge of the stages in the service sales process;

Written and verbal communication skills in Romanian, Russian, and English;

Digital skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Google Drive);

Proactivity and focus on results;

Good sense and a positive attitude;

Independent work planning abilities;

High desire for learning;

Experience in sales or marketing.
