Sales Operator

Online store is growing and is looking for a sales operator with experience in telephone communication and a desire to achieve good results.

• Processing incoming calls and orders placed on the website;

• Providing information to customers and convincing them to complete purchases;

• Applying sales techniques and handling objections;

• Ensuring friendly and professional communication with each client.

• Experience in telephone sales (mandatory);

• Good knowledge of Romanian and Russian;

• Persuasion and clear communication skills;

• Safe use of computer/laptop (own equipment – advantage);

• Salary: 15,000 lei net (fixed part) + % bonuses from sales

• Remote work;

• Schedule: 09:00–18:00, 5/2 (in shifts);

• Lunch break: 1 hour;

• Days off: during the week, by rotation (Monday–Tuesday, Thursday–Friday, Saturday–Sunday);
