Job description

We are DevelopmentAid – one of the two largest global providers of information in the field of international development. Our platform provides access to the largest number of tenders, jobs, experts and other types of information. We have been present on the market for over 15 years. The headquarters are located in Chisinau, Moldova, and our branch in Tbilisi, Georgia has been developing for over 2 years. In addition, we have collaborators and freelancers all over the world.

We are looking for an intelligent and persistent person for a new project, to join our international team and contribute to increasing the visibility of our services globally, by supporting live presentations, managing international sales and providing operational support to customers. We look forward to applications from candidates from Moldova.

Responsibility

  • Identifying, generating and qualifying new leads, via phone, email and social networks;

  • Responding to commercial requests and maintaining customer relationships, including field or office meetings, if necessary;

  • Developing presentations and promoting the Tenderwell platform and its services to potential clients around the world;

  • Creating a sales structure, by establishing templates, guides and effective communication and relationship practices;

  • Expanding and optimizing the customer base through research and targeting new market segments;

  • Proposing and implementing sales campaigns and promotions tailored to customer needs;

  • Correct management of information and communications with customers in the internal database;

  • Monitoring competition, market situation and product developments to optimize sales strategy;

  • Increasing the company's visibility by identifying opportunities to promote the new product;

  • Detailed understanding of the DevelopmentAid platform and Tenderwell services, as well as staying up to date with industry trends.

Obligations

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Foreign Languages or related fields;

  • Excellent knowledge of English, written and spoken; knowledge of other languages is an advantage;

  • 2–3 years of demonstrable sales experience, ideally in a B2B environment;

  • Familiarity with SaaS or services sales is a significant advantage;

  • Previous experience working with international clients;

  • Solid knowledge of customer service and business correspondence;

  • Ability to create and deliver professional and persuasive presentations;

  • Ability to conduct online research to collect and leverage market intelligence;

  • Advanced skills in using digital tools, such as Google Analytics, Hotjar and LinkedIn Sales Navigator;

  • Ability to interpret data and generate statistics for development, measuring engagement, abandonment and conversion rate;

  • Ability to create a structured sales approach from scratch, including guides, email templates, and a reliable B2B sales process;

  • Ability to expand customer base by analyzing the target market;
