Receptionist

Receiving guests; Managing the check-in and check-out process of guests, including registration and providing room keys; Providing guests with necessary information regarding hotel facilities, policies, procedures, and local attractions; Handling reservations, checking room availability, and offering options to guests.

Ability to work in day and night shifts; Good knowledge of Romanian, Russian, and English languages; Desire to work for a minimum of 1 year; Knowledge of FIDELIO reservation program (an advantage); Previous experience in a receptionist position (an advantage); Availability to start the job immediately.
