The joint enterprise ''RIKARDEL'' SRL was established in 2004. The company's operations began with producing only 2 types of frozen products, but now they offer an assortment of over 100 items (vegetables, fruits, berries, and various mixes). The use of the most modern shock freezing technologies at -35°C to -40°C allows us to preserve the original product's taste, structure, and active biological properties intact. Thus, a maximum concentration of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants is ensured, along with a significant savings in preparation time, as all products are already cleaned and cut.
