Responsibility

  • Development and implementation of a growth strategy and achieving the business objectives of the company;

  • Identifying and developing new markets, searching for and attracting new clients and partners, and maintaining strategic partnerships with key customers;

  • Analyzing the market and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and develop growth strategies;

  • Managing a team of accountants, ensuring their efficient performance and fostering their professional development;

  • Complete financial and accounting management of the company, including bookkeeping and reporting;

  • Ensuring compliance with all financial laws and regulations;

  • Developing, auditing, and implementing accounting policies, procedures, and controls;

  • Preparing and presenting financial statements, including reporting to tax authorities;

  • Managing the preparation of the budget, forecasts, and financial planning of the company;

  • Coordinating activities with external auditors and tax consultants.

Obligations

  • 4 years of experience as a chief accountant or in a similar role;

  • Strong management skills, the ability to manage and effectively motivate a team;

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills, the ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners;

  • Analytical thinking, the ability to perform and interpret market research;

  • Higher education in accounting, finance, or economics;

  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial accounting;

  • Advanced user of 1C v.8, Excel, and SAP;

  • Familiarity with financial laws and regulations;

  • Commitment to results, goal-oriented.
