Compliance officer

The Compliance Department team is looking for a colleague for the position of Compliance Officer. The objective of the position is to monitor customer transactions in order to correctly apply internal regulatory acts regarding the prevention and combat of money laundering and terrorist financing, as well as to monitor compliance with the internal regulatory documents mentioned by the Bank's subdivisions.

Daily monitoring of transactions by analyzing and processing alerts regarding potentially suspicious transactions of Bank clients. Efficiency analysis of scenarios for identifying potentially suspicious transactions/activities and proposing adjustments. Investigation of cases that raise suspicion, documenting the results and proposing necessary measures. Completion of internal reports related to monitoring activities. Participation in the annual assessment of money laundering and terrorist financing risks.

Experience in the banking system for a minimum of 2 years; Studies in the economic field; Knowledge and understanding of legislation in the field of anti-money laundering; Analytical and synthesis skills; Ability to work independently and in a team; Knowledge of Romanian, Russian, and a foreign language (preferably English); Honesty, responsibility, sociability, diligence.
