The Retail Strategy and BI Department Team is looking for a colleague for the position of a financial analyst.
The goal of the position is to monitor, evaluate, and continuously optimize Retail processes and the motivational system, to ensure the fulfillment of sales indicators and efficiency in the branch network.
What you will do:
Prepare detailed analytical reports on the performance of the branch network;
Monitor the achievement of business objectives and performance indicators of the territorial units;
Evaluate the profitability of territorial units by analyzing revenues, expenses, and operational efficiency;
Manage and optimize the salespeople's incentive system, aligning it with strategic objectives and individual performance;
Develop and implement efficient mechanisms for assessing labor intensity, contributing to resource balancing and increased productivity;
Contribute to the development of the strategy and the annual business plan for the Retail segment.
What we are looking for:
Higher education in economics or finance;
Minimum 2 years of experience in the banking sector;
Knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages (English is an advantage);
Advanced knowledge of banking products and services, as well as customer service processes;
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint);
Basic knowledge in Visual Basic, SQL, and Python (is an advantage);
Excellent analytical and communication skills;
Attention to detail, responsibility, and efficient time management;
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
