The purpose of the vacant public function, according to the job description:
Supervision and monitoring of the uniform application of legislation related to the determination and
reassessment of pensions, state allowances, and indemnities.

The basic duties of the vacant public position, according to the job description:
Performing checks on the application of domain legislation by the Regional Social Insurance Houses
in the north of the republic.
Developing methodical letters for the cases reviewed and sent to the Regional Social Insurance Houses
for reexamination and improvement in the field of activity.
Examining and timely drafting responses to inquiries and petitions from citizens and from
central public authorities on issues of establishing and revising pension rights and benefits.
Participating in the process of developing functionalities of the "Social Protection" information system.
Participation requirements for the contest:
a. must hold citizenship of the Republic of Moldova;
b. must know the Romanian language and the official languages of interethnic communication spoken in the respective territory within the limits established by law;
c. must have full exercise capacity;
d. must not have reached the age of 63;
e. must be fit, in terms of health status, to perform the public function, according to the medical certificate issued by the authorized medical institution, if there are special health requirements set for that function;
f. must have the necessary education provided for the respective public function;
g. in the last 5 years, has not been dismissed from a public function according to art. 64 para. (1) letters a) and b) or has not terminated the individual employment contract for disciplinary reasons;
h. must not have unexpunged criminal records for deliberately committed offenses;
i. must not be deprived of the right to hold certain positions or to exercise a certain activity as a main or additional penalty as a result of a definitive judicial sentence that imposed this ban;
j. must not have a ban on holding a public function or a public dignity, resulting from a finding act by the National Integrity Authority.
Specific requirements for participation in the contest:
Education:
- Higher education, bachelor's or equivalent, preferably in the field of public administration, law, economics, finance;
- Professional development courses (specialization courses in the field of strategic planning, program/project development, policy evaluation, public administration, organizational communication).
Professional experience: does not require professional experience in the field
Knowledge: Knowledge of an international language (level B1);
Skills: computer skills.
Attitudes/Behaviors: Responsibility, respect for people, initiative, objectivity, creativity, tendency towards continuous professional development.

Copies of diplomas and, where appropriate, of certificates of completion of professional development and/or specialization courses
Documents proving professional experience or Declaration on one's own responsibility
A copy of the work book, certificates regarding the professional activity carried out after January 1, 2019, can be replaced with a declaration on one's own responsibility. In this case, the candidate is obliged to complete the competition file with the original document within a maximum of 10 days from the date he/she was declared the winner, under penalty of non-issuance of the administrative act of appointment.
