The purpose of the vacant public position, according to the job description:
Contributing to the assessment of the efficiency and effectiveness of the managerial internal control system through the implementation
of internal audit activities of the processes within the managerial and support systems: management of state social insurance budget resources, public procurement and asset management, information technologies,
international relations, legal activities, institutional integrity, documentary support, human resource management, information and communication, institutional management.

Basic tasks of the vacant public function role, according to the job description:
Contributing to the process of strategic/annual planning of internal audit activities, ensuring
the quality of the audit activities and reporting the evaluation results thereof
Evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of the managerial internal control system through the execution of
internal audit activities of processes within managerial and support systems: managing the budget funds
of the state social insurance, public procurement and asset management, informational technologies,
international relations, legal activities, institutional integrity, documentary support, human resource management,
information and communication, institutional management
Ensuring quality in the documentation process of conducted internal audit activities
Monitoring the implementation of internal audit recommendations in the processes within managerial and support systems
Participating in the improvement of the normative framework in the field of internal public financial control
Specific requirements for participation in the competition:
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in the field of accounting and auditing, economics, finance,
management, public administration, law;
Holding a professional qualification certificate in the field of internal auditing in the public sector.
Professional experience Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the field
Knowledge:
Familiarity with the normative framework in the field of state social insurance.
Understanding of internal audit procedures in public institutions.
Knowledge of the concept of internal public financial control in the public sector.
Fluency in the state language within the limits provided by the normative framework.
Skills: Teamwork, preparation of working documents, analysis and synthesis, information handling,
consultation, training, presentation, effective communication, conflict resolution, computer use.
Attitudes/ Behaviors: Impartiality, avoidance of conflicts of interest, ability to endure effort and stress,
respect for people, initiative, creativity, flexibility, discipline, responsibility, tendency towards
continuous professional development.
