Accountant in the Consulting Department (Outsourcing Services)

Responsibility

· Accounting management for multiple clients (outsourcing).

· Preparation and verification of accounting documentation.

· Consulting clients on taxation and reporting issues.

· Account management, organizing bookkeeping and assistance with tax planning.

· Ensuring order in cash transactions and preparation of reports.

Obligations

· Higher education in accounting or economics.

· At least 3 years of experience as an accountant, preferably in outsourcing or consulting services.

· Knowledge of 1C (version 8.2 and above), proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).

· Proficiency in Russian and Romanian languages.

· Good command of English (conversational level) will be an advantage and will influence the level of remuneration.

· Willingness to work with multiple clients, ability to quickly adapt to changes.

· Independent, with the ability to prioritize tasks and plan one’s time efficiently.

· Communicative and focused on providing quality client service.

Salary

· Salary: negotiable depending on skills and experience, with starting rates from 125 lei/hour, and the opportunity for additional income from bonuses for successful management of multiple clients and for English language proficiency.

Working conditions

· Schedule: flexible, to be agreed upon individually during the interview.
