Taking orders and entering them into the computer.
Coordinating the transmission of orders to the warehouse.
Generating necessary documents for shipment (delivery routes, invoices, etc.).
Ensuring the stock is updated and managed correctly in the system.
Collaborating with the team to maintain a smooth workflow.
Experience with the 1C system is an advantage.
Strong PC operating skills (Word, Excel, Internet).
Romanian and Russian languages (advanced level).
Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a dynamic environment.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Willingness to learn and quickly adapt to the company's procedures and systems.
