A company in the Horeca sector is hiring a Financial Director with solid experience in managing and coordinating the economic and financial activity of the company.
Developing the company's financial strategy;
Coordination of annual budgets and monitoring their execution;
Organization and control of accounting and financial reporting according to the legislation of the Republic of Moldova;
Analysis of financial results, cost optimization and profitability increase;
Control of cash flows, receivables and tax obligations;
Participation in investment decisions and strategic financial policies;
Management of the financial and accounting team (chief accountant, accountants, economists, logisticians).
Domain: Public catering
Higher economic studies (finance, accounting, management);
Minimum 5 years of experience in the financial-accounting field, of which at least 2 years in a managerial position;
Advanced knowledge of the tax and accounting legislation of the Republic of Moldova;
Skills in financial analysis, budget planning and risk management;
Romanian language mandatory, Russian – advantage;
Leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
