Our company is a specialized lending organization and is working on building and expanding our branch network to be accessible to clients in Chișinău and other regions of Moldova, Romania, and Bulgaria. The main goal is to assist clients swiftly in the event of an unexpected financial situation.
- Analyzing the company's financial data to develop new efficient strategies
- Preparing reports and forecasts regarding the company's financial status: income and expense budgets, cash flows, financial performance indicators, and other financially related reports concerning the organization's activities
- Identifying and analyzing financial trends and providing recommendations to improve financial performance
- Collaborating with operational and sales departments to identify growth opportunities and enhance profitability
- Participating in the financial reporting process and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations and policies
- Developing and implementing internal financial control procedures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data
- Higher education in economics, finance, accounting, etc.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Excel, including experience with financial functions, Power BI, Tableau, or other similar softwar
- Knowledge of accounting and tax standards and regulations
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages; English will be considered an advantage
- Availability to travel within Romania
