Requirements:
· Secondary or higher education in the financial and accounting field;
· Experience in a similar position or in the accounting field is an advantage;
· Good PC operating skills (Microsoft Word, Excel);
· Precision and seriousness in operating and verifying data.
Responsibilities:
· Correct and timely entry of data from notices, invoices, transfer vouchers into the internal computer system;
· Processing primary documents for the entry and exit of goods;
· Preparing documents related to returns and scrapping of defective goods;
· Validation of entered data, ensuring its accuracy and completeness;
· Close collaboration with warehouse staff to ensure accuracy of information;
· Generating and sending monthly reports to the accounting department;
· Correct archiving of documents and their delivery to the central archive.
