- Identifying customer needs and providing personalized solutions
- Evaluating requests and preparing credit files
- Client acquisition activities
- Analysis and assessment of assets for collateral
- Promoting and selling financial products & services
- Debt collection and managing customer relationships
- Compiling, processing, storing, and validating data.
- Auxiliary work process activities according to the job description.
- Punctuality, responsibility
- Proficiency in Romanian and Russian languages
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good PC operation skills (Word, Excel), Google, (1C - is an advantage)
- Higher or secondary education
- Experience in the field of non-banking loans or pawn shops is an advantage (we are willing to hire even without experience in the field)
- Analytical skills, quick decision-making.
