Accounting Controller

Responsibilities for the Accountant-Controller position include:
proper management of financial-accounting documents,
ensuring compliance with tax legislation,
monitoring and control of transactions,
preventing accounting errors,
reporting the financial situation,
performing bank and accounting reconciliations,
effective collaboration with internal departments.
Higher/specialized secondary education in economics
Good working skills and practical knowledge of MS Excel
Experience in the financial services sector is an advantage
Experience in audit firms is an advantage
Knowledge of the 1C Accounting software, previous experience in accounting - is an advantage
Good communication skills, organizational abilities, attention to detail
Ability to analyze and synthesize
Knowledge of Romanian, Russian, and basic English
