We are looking for a results-oriented Branch Manager to lead the team in the Central-South region.
Coordination of the daily activities of the team in branches/subsidiary offices;
Ensuring the achievement of sales goals and the quality of services;
Support and guidance for colleagues in achieving individual and team performance;
Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and legal regulations;
Periodic reporting and effective communication with central support teams.
Previous experience in coordinating a team or in a role of responsibility is an advantage;
Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making skills;
A proactive attitude, oriented towards solutions and people;
Completed higher education in the financial field is an advantage;
Experience in fields such as finance, banking, retail, or telecom is an advantage.
