Business Client Consultant

ProCredit Bank is a commercial bank focused on development.

• Developing solid relationships with business clients, understanding their needs, and providing personalized financial consulting and solutions;

• Actively promoting banking products and services tailored for business clients;

• Organizing meetings with new clients to establish new business relationships;

• Conducting financial analysis to determine the client's payment capacity;

• Understanding the characteristics of the banking services offered by the bank to its clients;

• Efficiently managing and developing the business client portfolio, ensuring that their financial objectives align with our banking services;

• Fulfilling service duties qualitatively and on time, in accordance with the monthly, quarterly, and annual plans and deadlines.

• Higher education;

• Prior experience in the field is not mandatory;

• Communication and negotiation skills;

• Teamwork abilities;

• Open, positive, and tolerant individual;

• Proactive approach to work;

• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and punctuality;

• Conflict resolution skills;

• Proficiency in Romanian and Russian. English - will be an advantage.
