ProCredit Bank – is a development-oriented commercial bank.
Development and revision of processes (policies, regulations) for the management of financial risks within the Bank;
Assessment, control, and management of credit risk, liquidity risk, market risk;
Analysing the quality of the credit portfolio and revising the classification of credits according to prudential requirements and IFRS;
Providing risk opinions for significant transactions;
Preparing financial risk reports for the Management Bodies and ProCredit Holding; Implementation, control, and monitoring of the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) and the Internal Liquidity Adequacy Assessment Process (ILAAP);
Developing and implementing stress tests on various types of financial risks, as well as proposing solutions to overcome crisis situations;
Creating models for calculating the risk profile. Monitoring, reporting, and controlling the Bank's risk profile in relation to the approved risk appetite.
Work experience in one of the following fields: credit/financial risk management, financial/credit analysis, audit, data management/reporting;
Analytical skills for analyzing and evaluating risks in banking operations and business processes;
Communication and organizational skills;
Ability to work in a team;
Proficiency in Romanian and English;
Skills in using MS applications.
