We are looking for an energetic and dedicated leader to join our Chisinau team in the role of Team Leader Audit. If you have initiative, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to motivate the team, we want you on board!
Your main missions will be:
Ensuring the team adheres to values, rules, and procedures;
Reporting results in management meetings and proposing solutions for improvement;
Ensuring team performance and supporting a positive work environment within the team;
Providing operational support for various tasks, missions, projects;
Animating/motivating the team, maintaining the quality of the team’s work and the reliability of the data provided;
Setting and communicating operational objectives to team members;
Evaluating employees based on the established objectives.
To succeed in this mission you will need:
Completed higher education;
Previous experience in a relevant field: financial analysis, controlling, accounting, internal audit, etc.
Experience in leading and managing a team and working with various KPIs (1-2 years);
Proficiency in French – minimum level B2 and English – minimum level A2 Good skills in using MS Office package, especially Excel;
Good time management, communication, and administration skills.
