Job objective:
Providing the company administration with real-time objective information regarding the economic-financial activity of the company, including the consolidation of internal processes aimed at optimizing expenses.

Responsibility

  • Analyze financial information to prepare forecasts on business conditions, sectorial, economic for investment decision making;

  • Interpreting data influencing investment programs such as prices, yield, stability, investment risk trends;

  • Monitoring economic, industrial developments through analysis of existing information;

  • Developing recommendations on investments, investment schedules for companies, employees of investment organizations, etc.;

  • Preparing action plans for investments based on financial analyses;

  • Comparative analysis of securities within a certain industry;

  • Creating reports on general economic trends, individual corporations, industries;

  • Producing monthly and annual reports to identify outcomes, trends, and financial forecasts;

  • Thorough examination of all financial reports and all data to check for discrepancies with planned budgets;

  • Gathering and processing information necessary for periodic consolidations;

  • Tracking the document workflow;

  • Providing support for preparing the annual revenue and expenditure budget and distributing it by: regions / branches, etc.

Obligations

Higher education in Economics, Finance, or Accounting.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position or in a financial-accounting leadership role.

Solid knowledge of financial-accounting legislation and specific industry procedures.

Competency in using computer systems (1C, Microsoft Excel - advanced, Word).

Developed analytical skills and the ability to identify efficient solutions in managing financial issues.

Excellent organizational and planning skills, with heightened attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong interpersonal skills, team working ability, and excellent communication skills.

Ability to make strategic decisions, results-oriented and adherence to deadlines.

Strategic thinking and long-term vision in managing the company's financial resources.

Proactive attitude, continuous desire for professional development and improvement in the financial field.

Ability to synthesize in optimizing the company's financial flows.
