Data Entry and Validation Operator, Chisinau

We are looking for a responsible, organized and detail-oriented person to join our team in the role of Data Entry and Validation Operator in the store in Chisinau.

Requirements:

  • Secondary or higher education in the financial-accounting field;
  • Experience in a similar position or in the accounting field is an advantage;
  • Good PC operating skills (Microsoft Word, Excel);
  • Precision and seriousness in operating and verifying data.

Responsibilities:

  • Correct and timely entry of data into the internal computer system;
  • Processing primary documents of incoming and outgoing goods;
  • Completing the register of cash and control equipment operations;
  • Documenting the return of goods and the rejection of defective goods;
  • Preparing monthly reports and submitting them to accounting;
  • Archiving primary documents and sending them to the central archive;
