• Ensuring fast and high-quality customer service;

• Providing detailed information on the company's products and services;

• Responding to phone calls and emails;

• Professionally and promptly addressing complaints, questions, and customer requests;

• Maintaining the database by entering, updating, and verifying information;

• Other duties as needed.

• Higher education (We accept students in their final year of study);

• Experience in the same position – 1 year is an advantage;

• Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook;

• Romanian and Russian languages.
