In the role of Payroll Accountant you will carry out salary calculations in strict compliance with the legislation in force and the Company's internal regulations.
drawing up the necessary staff-related documents and entering data in the salary calculation system;
administering in the system all the components of salary entitlements;
checking monthly timesheets for salary calculation;
monthly calculation of salaries and calculation of taxes, duties, contributions and other deductions;
reconciliation of payroll and payroll tax accounts;
drawing up and issuing, at the employee's request, certificates and information on employee settlements;
drawing up and submitting monthly/quarterly/annual reports to the competent institutions (IFS, Statistics, etc.) on time;
communicating and explaining payroll data to the internal client;
listing pay slips and distributing them;
Providing specific reports as requested by internal clients/ HR/ management in accordance with specified reporting rigor and deadlines;
Developing and optimizing HR processes to ensure and maintain an efficient and optimal HR payroll system.
Higher education (preferably in accounting, finance, economics or similar);
min. 2 years experience in a similar position;
sound knowledge of tax and labor legislation (advantage);
good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel);
excellent time organization and prioritization skills;
meeting deadlines and simultaneous tasks;
high degree of responsibility and responsiveness.
