Lab Manager

Company "CEREALE DE AUR" S.R.L., with headquarters in Soroca city, specialized in processing and selling a wide range of agricultural products, is hiring a LABORATORY MANAGER in the PROCESSING INDUSTRY.

• The development, optimization, and implementation of new quality control methods within the company;

• Ensuring the quality control of raw materials and manufactured products in accordance with current standards and established procedures;

• Planning, organizing, and controlling the tasks of subordinate employees;

• Preparation of laboratory reports;

• Issuing quality certificates;

• Higher or special middle studies;

• Work experience in a similar position of at least 1 year;

• Knowledge of GOST quality standards, methods, and control instructions applicable in the laboratory;

• PC knowledge: MS Office;

• Planning and organizing skills;

• Knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages;

• Team spirit and good communication skills;

• Disciplined and responsible;
