• Implementation of the sales plan, sales control during the shift;

• Planning, organizing, and controlling staff activities;

• Monitoring the technical condition of equipment and facilities;

• Preparation of reporting documentation;

• Attracting customers, organizing and conducting banquets and thematic events;

• Management and resolution of conflict situations.

• At least 1 year of professional or managerial experience in the restaurant field;

• Knowledge of service and hospitality standards;

• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations in public catering;

• Secondary technical or higher education;

• Conversational knowledge of Russian and Romanian;

• Communicative, open, positive;

• PC skills (Office suite).
