Vadalex-Agro Company is hiring: Agricultural Products Salesperson (Bălți)

• Selling agricultural products in-store

• Advising customers on available products, their features, and how to use them

• Processing and completing orders, including packaging and preparing for delivery

• Maintaining a tidy and clean working environment, including organizing products on shelves and maintaining display cases

• Managing inventory and monitoring product expiration dates

• Conducting cash register operations and preparing sales reports

• Ensuring excellent customer service and resolving any issues or complaints

• Fluent expression in Romanian / Russian

• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.

• Higher education in the field

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural products sector will be an advantage

• Knowledge about agricultural products and their market is an advantage

• The ability to learn quickly and attention to detail.

• Organizational skills and the ability to work in a team
