We are looking for: Beautician - Aesthetician at the Salon
We're hiring a passionate and dedicated Beautician-Aesthetician to provide non-invasive facial and body procedures. You'll work in a modern salon with high-performance equipment, having the opportunity to grow both professionally and financially.
Effective communication with clients and providing personalized skincare recommendations.
Performing various facial procedures: manual and ultrasonic facial cleansing, facial massage, BioRePeel peeling, PRP, Hydrafacial, oxygen therapy, radiofrequency.
Conducting body treatments: vacuum massage, LPG massage, body wraps.
Waxing and, optionally, laser hair removal.
Careful attention and responsibility towards the health and comfort of clients.
Minimum 3 years work experience in the field.
Professional studies in the field (college or university).
Basic knowledge of Romanian, English, and Russian is a plus.
Responsibility, empathy, dynamism, and initiative. Ability to work in a friendly and supportive environment.
Fixed salary + % of results.
Training opportunities in the field of laser hair removal and increasing the number of clients.
Small, friendly team with mutual support.
Salary is determined at the interview.
Work hours: Mon-Fri, 5 days a week, from 8:30 to 17:00-20:00 (depending on client appointments), 1-2 days off per week, as desired.
