Organization and coordination of the training program and specialized courses.
Planning the course calendar based on market requirements and trainer availability.
Identifying and collaborating with trainers and experts in cosmetology from home and abroad.
Managing participant registrations and communicating with learners.
Preparation of educational materials, certificates and related documentation.
Ensuring logistics for conducting courses (spaces, equipment, demonstration products).
Evaluating participant feedback and continuously improving programs.
Promoting courses in collaboration with the marketing department.
Experience in organizing events, trainings or in the educational field.
Knowledge in the field of cosmetology, aesthetics or beauty is a major advantage.
Excellent organizational and management skills for multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective communication and people skills.
Advanced knowledge of Romanian and Russian; English is an advantage.
Attention to detail and ability to solve problems quickly.
Digital skills (MS Office, online platforms, presentation tools).
