"NIAGARA CLUB" LLC invites applications for the position: Fitness Instructor (Gym)
Conducting client meetings that include consultations, dietary recommendations, proper use of equipment, exercise selection, etc.;
Assessing the client's needs/issues to choose the right solution to achieve the desired fitness outcome;
Developing a personalized program in accordance with the client's desired results;
Training and assisting clients in the correct use of exercise equipment and advising on physical condition and clients' realistic expectations;
Continuously monitoring and aiding clients in performing exercises correctly;
Following all the procedures of the client integration process and striving to motivate clients to stay in the club and follow through with recommendations;
A desire to participate in club events.
Experience in a role as a gym instructor/personal trainer!!!
High level of proficiency in Romanian and Russian languages
Higher or specialized secondary education in the field of fitness or sports;
Strong communication skills, desire to help people, understanding of customer service quality standards, responsibility.
Work in one of the most successful fitness clubs in the country;
