Job description

The goal of the position is to provide support to customers/potential customers of the bank who use the support service.

Responsibility

  • You will be responsible for informing customers about the bank's offers, products, and services;

  • You will provide support to customers in using cards and managing accounts/cards;

  • You will provide support to customers in using banking applications;

  • You will collaborate with other teams within the bank to provide detailed responses to customers;

Obligations

Desire and abilities for continuous learning and development; Fluent knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages; Excellent communication skills; Customer orientation; Conflict management skills; Resilience to stress.
