Manage incoming calls, messages received on social networks, and email inquiries;
Provide information to existing and potential patients about necessary appointments according to the treatment plan;
Assist and address patient questions via email, social media, official clinic pages, and phone;
Maintain a database of specific patient requests;
Carefully handle patient suggestions for improvement, comments, and complaints.
Skills in using MS Office, Google, internet, social media;
Clear and fluent expression in Romanian, Russian, (English - an advantage);
Previous experience in similar fields is an advantage;
Completed studies;
Politeness, Emotional Intelligence;
Openness and customer orientation;
Attention to detail and organizational ability;
Sociability and positive attitude.
Commensurate remuneration.
Work schedule Monday-Friday, (09:00-18:00) + Saturday if necessary.
