Job description

Responsibility

  • Manage incoming calls, messages received on social networks, and email inquiries;

  • Provide information to existing and potential patients about necessary appointments according to the treatment plan;

  • Assist and address patient questions via email, social media, official clinic pages, and phone;

  • Maintain a database of specific patient requests;

  • Carefully handle patient suggestions for improvement, comments, and complaints.

Obligations

  • Skills in using MS Office, Google, internet, social media;

  • Clear and fluent expression in Romanian, Russian, (English - an advantage);

  • Previous experience in similar fields is an advantage;

  • Completed studies;

  • Politeness, Emotional Intelligence;

  • Openness and customer orientation;

  • Attention to detail and organizational ability;

  • Sociability and positive attitude.

Salary

  • Work schedule Monday-Friday, (09:00-18:00) + Saturday if necessary.
