Managing phone calls received from customers.
Recording customer details in the system and tracking requests.
Experience with using CRM platforms (e.g., Amo CRM);
Very good communication skills in Romanian and Russian;
The ability to actively listen and find quick solutions;
Result-oriented and efficient in a dynamic environment;
Punctuality, responsibility, and attention to detail;
Solid computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
