Customer Relations Manager
We are seeking a Call Center Operator for the largest auto park in Chișinău. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with people, this is the right role for you.
Answering calls and providing customers with information about our services;
Scheduling visits and managing customer requests;
Providing support and resolving inquiries in a professional manner;
Accurate recording of information in the system.
Experience in using CRM platforms (e.g., Amo CRM);
Very good communication skills in Romanian and Russian;
The ability to actively listen and rapidly find solutions;
Results-oriented and efficient in a dynamic environment;
Punctuality, responsibility, and attention to detail;
Solid computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
