Taking calls and managing our clients' messages.
Providing information about available services and properties.
Scheduling appointments for our real estate agents.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or similar fields.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Customer and solution-oriented.
Good knowledge of computer usage (MS Office, CRM).
