Responsibility

— Building long-term relationships with clients (active and inactive client base);
— Consulting clients in English and Russian;
— Participation in the preparation of commercial offers;
— Monitoring the fulfillment of commitments and timely resolution of any arising issues;
— Analyzing feedback and developing recommendations for service improvement.

Obligations

— Age: from 35 years old (specific to interaction with the target audience);
— Fluent in English (Upper-Intermediate level and above, written and verbal use at work mandatory);
— Experience working with people (call center and similar activities) — an advantage:
— Negotiation skills, objection handling, and resolving non-standard issues;
— Ability to work with Google Sheets and to prepare analytical reports
