We are a leading company that has recently launched a new initiative in the financial and consulting services sector. As we look to expand our team, we are seeking a sales manager for consulting services who will help develop this new direction and contribute to reaching new heights of success.
Answering incoming telephone calls, providing initial consultation, and/or directing to the appropriate specialist;
Identifying customer needs;
Making cold calls with the company's service offerings;
Maintaining communication on behalf of the company's corporate Facebook page;
Managing complaints and grievances;
Preparing weekly or monthly reports;
Training and supporting new employees as a mentor;
Revising departmental scripts, regulations, and internal processes;
Fulfilling the responsibilities of the leader in their absence.
Experience in the banking sector, microfinance organizations, or consulting - an advantage
Experience in leading negotiations with clients
PC proficiency: CRM Bitrix, 1C, Viber, MS Excel, Google Drive, Viber, Jivochat, Facebook, Telegram
