No experience in sales? No problem, we will train you!
We offer a paid internship, during which we will introduce you to the field of sales.
Receiving and processing incoming calls and requests:
1. The customer submits a request, the system automatically connects them with an operator.
2. The operator advises the customer on the products using a script (scenario, translated into German).
3. The operator suggests additional products to the customer.
4. The operator records the customer's details and delivery information in the order form, then completes the order.
· Knowledge of GERMAN (level B2);
· Communicative, tact, positive attitude for customer interactions;
· Politeness, coherent expression, stress resistance;
· Ability to work in a team;
· Experience in sales, but if not, still eager to learn - we will help!
· Laptop/computer (WINDOWS OS at least version 10, from 4 GB RAM), headphones, high-speed internet (5 MB/s in both directions).
· Maintaining a quiet background.
